RECIPE: Fluffy Greek Yogurt Pancakes

You’ll love this easy and delicious high-protein Fluffy Greek Yogurt Pancake recipe that only takes minutes to whip up!

ingredients

Wet Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 cup of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

  • 2 eggs

Dry Ingredients:

  • 2tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 TBS sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup of flour ( I love using Bob’s Red Mills Gluten Free Flour)

instructions

  1. Preheat your cast iron skillet + add butter while hot

  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together your dry ingredients, and add the wet

  3. Use a whisk and mix until just blended, the batter will be fluffy

  4. I then just scoop onto the heated skillet and cook the pancakes on one side until bubbling, then flip

Top with butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, etc.
